The core materials used for the construction are of good quality, Particular attention was made to the insulation, which is uncommon in this country from my past experience. The ground floor and the front wall (up to the roof) are 100% brick (against the classic American construction of wood all around) and that is a hybrid with the European style of constructions, where it is brick/cement all around, or in Southern Europe even the roof. But what I have really appreciated from Garo, was the constant availability to troubleshoot and solve small problems that always arise no matter how good and attentive the construction is.
